Processing Times

As this drop is Pre-Order, all orders are processed within 4-6 weeks approxiametly.

 

UK Shipping

•        Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £4.99

•        Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.99

•        Free standard delivery on orders over £50

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination:

 

•        Europe (3-5 business days): from £7.99

•        International (5-8 business days): from £10.99

 

Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. Clyfe is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier’s website.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at astrbusiness1@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier. Please note that international delays due to customs are outside our control.
